Line up: #97 - corner of Bayshore and Asbury Place (access at MacDill & Asbury Place)
Staging close time: All participants must be at the float by 3:00pm for Krewe picture and safety briefing.
Distance: 1.5 miles
Beads: 1 case suggested
Bead drop: 6:00-7:30 January 21st. 5116 Shadowlawn Ave. Cocktail social. Last call for Children's Parade wristbands.
Transportation: Sham Tram pickup is Wilson Middle School, 1005 W Swann Ave. First van should leave the school at approximately 11:00am. Members of the Float committee get first priority so they can get to staging to set up.
Parade refreshments: Water, soda and snacks. No alcohol.
Costumes: ALL participants are required to wear appropriate Krewe/Celtic attire. Remember, this is a family friendly parade so no "extreme" attire.
Guests: Must wear KOS appropriate attire. Two wristbands required (YMKG Children's Parade + KOS guest wristband that has shamrocks). Sponsors need to keep an eye on and educate their guests.
Disbanding: Official parade end is at Edison and S. Boulevard. 2-3 blocks from the end/disbanding area of the parade, security will sound an air horn. This will be your warning to gather your things and get off the float before it reaches the end of the parade. Also, please pay attention to your surroundings so that you are aware of how close the Krewe is to the end of the parade.
